About

In the mid 90’s the plaintiff, a black male, intervened in the actions of numerous black males, graduates of a local high school, who were assaulting university of California, Berkeley coeds. Repeatedly, the plaintiff as well as other volunteer recent graduates patrolled the area and identified possible suspects via profiling and when they attacked, stop the attack. On a Wednesday evening, in the mid 90’s, as a local club called Larry Blakes let out, he noticed familiar faces and instead of leaving and going home he watched two particular males. That’s when one grabbed a blonde student athlete (possible swimmer) repeatedly by the buttocks and as she screamed for him to stop, her escort who he believed was a fraternity brother and their escort repeatedly asked the most aggressive one and former star linebacker at the local high school to stop. The plaintiff, seeing the commotion went to help but the matter had calmed down and he simply looked at the male with disdain but decided to let it go. The male appeared to remember the plaintiff and said, “What you ass want” or something like that. He ignored it and looked away but suddenly he was surrounded by four of dozens of males he learned later were all graduates of tat local school, who had all surrounded him. He tried his best to ignore the hostile crowd but when they closed the circle he asked, “Come on,. What four against one?’ Suddenly they attacked and in five seconds, he knocked two unconscious and said, “Now that’s better odds.” And went after the after the other two who were in shock and ran as he chased. The rest of the angry male crowd followed him, and it became a confusing brawl to the point that when confronted by his good friend at the time J. Allee, a former basketball star at the same local high school, he hit him when he confronted him, who then  feel back into the other males causing a large number of them to hit the ground as a large crowd from the next door pizza parlor had came out and roared its approval. His best friend, knowing what the plaintiff as capable of decided to protect the mob and did a martial arts grab and lifted him and moved him away from the crow as J. Alle controlled the crowd, telling them hes my friend. The police came and tried to arrest the plaintiff as there were so many injured teens battling him. But the fraternity member and the two sorority victims came to his defense and told the police he was the victim and hero and screamed so loud the police just took his name and backed off. It was 35 years ago and the beginning of over a thousand women in 35 years that the plaintiff is documented to have protected as local police were never there when the crimes occurred. Although his 35 years of combat culminated at the Oakland public library in 2022 where he protected 6-8 librarians against a knife wielding mad man, he officially retired months earlier, ironically on the same campus of his first heroic first act of protection, University of California, Berkeley, one block away from Larry Blakes, in front on kings donuts. Strangely enough where two more women freshmen were attacked as he jumped out of his car and exchanged verbal threats but the angry homeless black males backed off when another white male jumped out his truck to assist the plaintiff. He eventually located the suspect days later and videotaped the confession and sent it to uc police but they did nothing as he believe the women were unknown. The local police repeatedly trying to change the police report or  hide the plaintiffs’ heroics became a 35-year procedure began in the 90’s in Berkley California, in 2020 in the city of San       Francisco, in 2024 in the Cy of El Cerrito and  culminating in Oakland, California at the Oakland public library resulting in the same police corruption. That was the culmination of his illustrious 35 years of service to women and children the local police felt unworthy of protecting. The Oakland police, in an effort to hide his heroics from the public refused to place him on the police report as the hero of the day and two years later they still refuse as he has recently filed a lawsuit against them. That is the true story of the greatest hero the American soil has ever experienced, so great that police departments all over the bay area from San Francisco to Berkeley and El Cerrito are now in his legal eye site for more legal actions. This suit is about El Cerrito police role against an unmatched hero of women and children. These events spurred on the site ArchitectsofFear.com to stop the abuse of women and children by policing entities and then the BillionaireYouthFoundation.com to create creative jobs in entertainment for the black and brown youth of Oakland, California. The result of these two sites and more was God1on1.org
