Sue Without a Lawyer

This Class is Dedicated to Alicia Doe

This class honors the courage and resilience of Alicia Doe, a real-life victim and graduate of nearby Berkley High School, who endured multiple assaults on the streets of Berkeley, California. Despite her efforts to seek justice, Alicia’s experiences were repeatedly dismissed by the Berkeley Police Department. Disheartened and left with no other options, she eventually stopped reporting the incidents and chose to move away. Her story represents the countless women who face systemic inaction in the fight for justice.

Empowering Women to Fight Back

Coming Soon: A Pro Se Legal Group designed to empower women to take legal action when the system fails to protect them. Many women are silenced by the belief that justice is unattainable, especially in cases involving powerful individuals. Lawyers often avoid such cases unless they see financial gain, leaving victims without recourse.

Our group teaches women that they don’t need to rely on lawyers to pursue justice. We will provide the tools, resources, and knowledge to help you file lawsuits against perpetrators and complicit institutions—on your own terms.

Why Pro Se?

  • Access to Justice: Many lawyers decline cases they believe are unwinnable, particularly against influential defendants or organizations. Pro se representation allows you to take control of your case.
  • Affordability: Filing a lawsuit yourself significantly reduces legal costs, removing financial barriers that often prevent victims from seeking justice.
  • Accountability: By suing both the perpetrator and the responsible institutions, you can shine a light on systemic failures and demand accountability.

Our Mission

We believe that no woman should have to walk away from her fight for justice due to inaction, fear, or systemic barriers. This program will empower you with the skills and confidence to stand up for your rights and demand change.

Women Must Fight Back

It’s time for a new era of accountability. With the right knowledge and support, women can fight back and take control of their stories, their rights, and their futures. Together, we can create a world where justice is not a privilege but a right for all.
