I spent months not just following this man but stopping him from attacking and threatening Cal students. I eventually had to threaten him to stop but this was only after he tried to punch in the head two freshmen females in front of king’s donuts (Durant Ave, Berkeley) in 2022. He eventually relocated to Emeryville where i tracked him, but he seemed to have stopped attacking women and i have since left him alone.
