SFPD’s Depatments of Police Accountability’s Ellen Delouise playing her role in what can only be considered as the biggest organized conspiracy to traffic African American children in local shopping centers lied to our group and told us corrupt SFPD officer Simon Hoang was not a police officer despite having a SFPD name badge, being referred to by his SFPD supervisor as officer Simon Hoang and with a gun belt complete with a gun in it. Suspicious he contacted Internal affairs and sure enough was told she was lying and she should of investigated him as he was indeed a San Francisco police officer.
